Summit Gear Products

All Summit Gear products are made by a small team of dedicated individuals with great care, using the best materials and components available to us. We are a small company that prides itself on producing the toughest gear around. We don't want our gear to fail.

We rarely have returns on products but we accept that we make mistakes.

We will repair or replace any piece of Summit Gear equipment that has unreasonably failed, for whatever reason.

We must all accept that the outdoors is hard on gear and that eventually our gear may wear out. Well loved gear is always welcome to be retired to our museum, and we hope that you will purchase a replacement from us.

All Other Products

Warranties on all other products purchased through Summit Gear are covered by the warranty conditions set out by that manufacturer.

We want you to be satisfied with the products that you buy from us as well as the after sales service. Whenever possible, we will aim to resolve the issue with you, the customer, immediately. No stuffing around waiting for answers from importers and manufacturers. We fix the problem, you have the gear. No wait, no fuss.
