Delivery

Summit Gear endeavour to dispatch orders received by 4:00pm EST. From time to time however Summit Gear may not be able to meet the scheduled delivery time. Summit Gear does not accept any liability for not meeting delivery times.

Refund Policy

If you have a problem with any product that you purchase from us, contact us immediately by telephone or email to discuss your concerns. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will arrange for you to return the product to us.

We will assess the product under the warranty guidelines of the manufacturer.

Exchange and Refund

We want you to enjoy products that you buy from us. We will exchange any unused product for any reason within twenty (20) working days from your initial receipt of goods.

We do not offer refunds, but will issue you with a credit to be used at your discretion.
